Cream honey is the floral honey without any additives, and is made by controlled crystallization of liquid honey. During the de-crystallization, it has been filtered, homogenized and mixed in a controlled environment until it became creamy. After that it went through the process of controlled crystallization and so we got the honey which is no longer liquid and is easier to use as a spread. During these procedures all the natural properties of honey were preserved.
